Services

Practical programmes that help people learn, stay healthy, move forward and find a place to belong.

What we offer

Inter-Faith Aid Ministry International is engaged in activities and programmes aimed at realising its objectives. Each service is designed with the community, not for it, and is delivered through local leaders and volunteers.

Core services

Four ways we serve

From a child’s first classroom to a safe place for visiting partners to stay.

Education and sponsorship

Registered students are fully sponsored through to PhD level, across different sectors of responsibility. We also support the schools, teachers and practical needs that keep children learning.

Sponsor a student

Healthcare and clean water

We work to improve access to healthcare and essential resources such as clean water, alongside environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture. Physical therapy and care for the elderly are part of our mission.

Support a health project

Transport and travel support

Our Mirembe community ride service helps members get to appointments, work and gatherings. We also register students travelling for further studies and raise funds for new and existing chapters.

Accommodation and hospitality

Guest housing gives visiting members and partners a safe, affordable place to stay. The planned St. Deborah Memorial Guest House at Nswanjere is the next step in that work.

How we work

A holistic approach to community life

Our team serves as staff, missionaries and volunteers, with equal benefits as compensation in both Uganda and United States chapters. We are committed to advancing socio-economic development and promoting national unity.

We are working towards relocating to Kasanje, Nakaseje in Uganda, where we plan to sponsor Ugandan generations from nursery school to higher education. Our service extends to widows and widowers, poor and isolated people.

Our faith springs from the Anglican Church of Uganda — Namirembe Diocese and Kasaka Gomba Diocese — and we work across denominations.
